Transparent prices, below the market
Rent depends on your home: the more private spaces you offer, the higher it can go. The final price is confirmed during the WeConnect team visit.

Your guarantees
WeConnect stands by your side
Guaranteed rent & insurance
Your rent is paid within 30 days, even if the student misses a payment. A deposit paid by the student is held on our accounts as additional collateral. Tenant risk is covered by WeConnect (Foyer Assurance).
Verified students
Each profile is manually reviewed and validated before any connection. A presentation video gives you a first impression of the candidate.
Secure contract
An official lease is signed for each cohabitation — fixed duration, clear conditions.
Full A-to-Z support
The WeConnect team is available throughout the cohabitation. In case of conflict, we step in as mediator. You stay in control, without the management.
